We offer FREE SHIPPING throughout the continental United States, usually within 1 business day of your order. We ship using UPS Ground, so your order will be 1 to 7 business days in transit. Please contact us for shipping costs and methods to Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations.
Everything leaves our shop in perfect condition, so let us know if the box you receive looks a bit worse for wear or if you find some damage when you receive it. We may ask for some pictures so we can file a claim with the shipper.
Faster shipping options are available, but are a lot more expensive. Contact us for a quote if you want your furniture quicker.
We want you to be happy with your purchase, so you can return your furniture, with some limitations.
If you change your mind before you receive your furniture, try to intercept UPS and refuse the item. Then call or email us to tell us it’s coming back. Once we get the item back, we’ll issue a credit equal to the value of the product, less the amount UPS charges to ship it back to us.
If you change your mind after you receive the item, call or email us so we can arrange to have it picked up and sent back. Again, once we get the item back, we’ll issue a credit equal to the value of the product, less the amount UPS charges to ship it back to us.
If the item is defective when you receive it, call or email us. We may ask for photos of the defects so we can see what happened and what the best way to resolve the problem is. We have a LIFETIME WARRANTY and will send you whatever you need to make your item whole again, with no significant extra effort on your part to assemble product. In other words, we’d send you a new seat back or bottom if the one you receive is defective or badly damaged. But, we may ask you to put one or two replacement slats on if that’s all that’s broken. In either case, there’s no charge to you for the parts or shipping.
If the item is defective when you receive it, and you really don’t want it, call or email us. We’d like to try to resolve the problem without a return and may ask for photos to help us figure out the best way to resolve the problem. If after we talk, you still want to return it, we’ll make arrangements to have UPS pick it up. Once we get it back, we’ll issue a credit equal to the value of the product.
We will not accept furniture back after it has been assembled or finished (unless we’re looking at a warranty issue), so please inspect it well before you do either of these things.
